Xiaomi's latest devices just cannot keep still and keep leaking ahead of their official launch tomorrow. We just got a clearer view of the Mi 8, Mi 8 SE and the Mi Band 3 and we got to learn a few new specs.
The render shows the Mi 8 and Mi 8 SE next to each other, confirming the existence of the latter and the front design of both phones. Remember, though, the notch of the Mi 8 SE won't be supporting the 3D face of the standard Mi 8. Still, we remain impressed by the screen-to-body ratio of the Mi 8 SE will offer - just as great as its bigger sibling's.
Thanks to the leaked poster, the Mi 8 and Mi 8 SE's sales dates are revealed as well. The Mi 8 pre-orders will open on the date of the event - May 31 with actual shipments starting June 5. The Mi 8 SE alteration go on sale three days later on June 8.
The second leak comes to confirm that the Mi 8 won't be incorporating in-display fingerprint sensor - the photo clearly shows the rear-mounted scanner. We can also see that "GPS" is still being marketed as a special feature, so the dual-GPS module rumored before doesn't seem too far-fetched.
